Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

We work hard to get your order processed and shipped quickly, so changes or cancellations can be tricky once it’s placed. If you need to make a change, email us at contact@liahaircare.com with your order details as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist.

  • During busy times, we may not be able to accommodate updates or cancellations, so please double-check your information before placing your order.

  • Wrong address: email us ASAP and we will do our best to help but we cannot guarantee any changes since we ship out quickly. 

  • If we have already shipped your order and you entered the wrong address, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee to resend the package to the correct address.

  • Please Note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.

I Haven’t Received My Order Confirmation.

If you don’t see your order confirmation email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder—it might’ve landed there. Still no luck? Email us at contact@liahaircare.com, and we’ll make sure you get it!

Can I Track My Package?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way. Need help? Email us at contact@liahaircare.com with your order number, and we’ll assist.

What is your Return Policy?

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at contact@liahaircare.com within 14 days of receiving it, and our team will work with you to resolve the problem.

We strive to ensure your order arrives on time. However, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as issues with our shipping partners (e.g., USPS).

Delivery Options

  • Standard Shipping: $4.90 for delivery within 5–8 business days of your product being shipped ou.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping (5–8 business days).

While we cannot guarantee delivery timelines once your order is shipped, we are committed to working closely with our shipping partners to ensure a resolution. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’ll do our best to make things right!

My delivery is delayed, what can I do?

If your order is delayed but eventually delivered within a reasonable timeframe, we are unable to refund the shipping cost, as the delay is caused by the carrier and not our company. Please contact us at contact@liahaircare.com. We will work with the carrier to determine if a shipping refund is applicable.

My package is lost!

If your package has not been delivered within 15 business days after the estimated delivery date, it may be considered lost. In this case, please contact us at contact@liahaircare.com for assistance.

At the moment we only ship within the United States.

Can I buy LIA products in store?

At the moment we only sell online. You can subscribe to our mailing list to get updates on launches!

It’s easy! Subscribe to your favorite products and enjoy 10% off every order. Plus, you get to pick how often it arrives—no stress, no running out.

Can I Cancel My Subscription?

Absolutely! You can cancel anytime, as long as it’s at least 48 hours before your next order is set to ship.

How Do I Log In to Manage My Subscription?

You’ve got options! Check your customer portal, or click the link in your original subscription email. Need help finding it? Shoot us an email at contact@liahaircare.com, and we’ll get you sorted.
Can I Change the Product in My Subscription?
We don’t have a direct swap option right now, but no worries—you can cancel your current subscription and set up a new one for the product you want!
Can I Skip a Delivery?
Totally! You can skip a delivery anytime through your customer portal. If you need a hand, just email us, and we’ll help you out.

How to Use the Rosemary Tonic and Hair Growth Oil Together?

Use the oil 1–3 times per week. Apply 1–3 dropperfuls all over your scalp and gently massage it in with your fingers or a bamboo massager. Leave it on for 1–3 hours, then double shampoo to cleanse thoroughly.
Pro Tip: You can also add a little to the ends of your hair to moisturize and nourish! Rosemary Tonic can be used every day and does not need to be washed out! So you can spray it on in the morning, or in the evening, on dry or damp hair.
How to Use Hair Growth Oil with Batana Oil?
We recommend using Batana Oil product as an add on to your existing routine with Lia Organics products. Add one dropper of Batana Oil to your scalp along with 2 Hair Growth Oil droppers.

Can I leave the Hair Products on Overnight?

We recommend leaving the oils on for 1–3 hours before double shampooing—this works best for most people. Leaving oil on overnight can sometimes cause product buildup.
If you’re used to leaving oils on longer and it works for your scalp, feel free to continue doing so. Everyone’s scalp is different!
The Rosemary Tonic does not need to be washed out, so yes it can be left on overnight.

Can I Use the Oil on My Hair, Too, or Is It Just for the Scalp?

You can absolutely use the oils on your mids and ends!
  • Pre-Shower Mask: Apply 2–3 dropperfuls to your mids and ends, and leave it on for at least 1 hour before shampooing.

  • Styling Dry Hair: If your hair feels dry, rub a few drops of oil between your hands and smooth it through the ends. (We recommend applying to dry hair, not wet.)

The Rosemary Tonic adds no benefits if used on your hair, we reccomend only applying on your scalp.
I’m Seeing More Shedding Than Normal After Using the Oils for the First Time. What Should I Do?
This might be “the dread shed,” and can happen when you first start oiling your scalp. Your scalp releases weak hair follicles that were already on their way out, making room for stronger, healthier growth. It typically lasts about a month before you see improvement.
However, if you experience itching or burning along with shedding, it could indicate a sensitivity or allergy. In that case, we recommend discontinuing use.
Can I Use the Products on Eyelashes or Eyebrows?
The Hair Growth Oil is safe to use on eyebrows, not eyelashes
  • Use 1-2 drops per eyebrow, 1-2 times per week.

The Rosemary Tonic and Batana Oil should not be used on eyelashes or eyebrows.
At What Temperature Should I Store the Products?
The oils should be stored at room temperature. The Rosemary Tonic can be stored in room temperature or in the fridge.
How Long Should Products Last if Using Consistently?
This will vary depending on how often you are using it and how much hair you have!
  • Hair Growth Oil - between 1-2 months 
  • Rosemary Tonic - between 2-3 weeks
  • Batana Oil - if used as an add on to the Hair Growth Oil should last 2-3 months 
  • Jumbo Hair Growth Oil - between 2-4 months 
Are your Products Safe for Color-Treated Hair?
Yes, all of our products are safe for color-treated hair.
Are your Products Safe for Kids?
Some of our products contain essential oils and are formulated for adults, we recommend consulting your pediatrician before use.
Are your Products Pregnancy-Safe?
Some of our products contain essential oils, we recommend consulting your doctor before use.
How Do I Use the Brush & Massager?
Scalp brush - designed to gently stimulate blood circulation to the scalp. Ideal for pre-oiling, increasing blood flow to the follicles and preparing your scalp for the oil or toniapplication.
Scalp Massager - Use after applying the Hair Growth Oil to help deeply penetrate the oil into your scalp and follicles. The massager continues to stimulate blood circulation, enhancing the absorption of nutrients for optimal scalp and hair health.

Both Brush and Massager should not be used in the shower. They are made from bamboo which is not water resistent.
